pit bulls

Just to put it out there, my daughter had a pit bull and the dog catcher here in town decided to harass my daughter saying they are not allowed here in town and took her pit when her dogs brother is 2 blocks down the road, said they were going to put her to sleep but in fact have put her in a pen in the 105 degree heat and have not fed her or watered her in the last month, my neighbor told me that that works for the city and somehow is still alive, they took her from her pups that were only 4 weeks old….isn’t there a law even if its a pit bull, I mean seriously this is way to cruel and inhumane!!!!!
