New in PA

Hey everybody, I just found this website last week while doing some research into some different foods. I have two pitbulls. Osi (prounced with a long “o” as in oh-see…he was named after Osi Umenyiora!) is about 2 1/2 years old, and Madeline is just over a year. Both are rescues from local shelters. I’ll update the bio section with pictures and everything when I get a chance, but I wanted to stop in and introduce myself first. I look forward to getting some great information/opinions from others!

Hi, I am new to this website also and when I took my pup to the vet the first thing they recommeded was Hill’s Science Diet.

Don’t use Science Diet. It’s mostly corn.

We actually just switched them to Professional Chicken and Barley adult food. They love it, and so far their coats are soft and shiny and they seem to be doing great. We’re still in the trial run and Canidae is our next choice if this doesn’t work out.
