I recently found out the boxer mix we adopted a few weeks ago is really a pit bull puppy. All the pit bulls I have ever known have been affectionate loving pets. I understand why there is such fear, but its the owners that make a dog not the breed. I have already encountered so many hurtful comments from ignorant people.
