Our two female pitbulls 4yrs and 3 yrs old are fighting with each other, to the point of hospital visits and surgery’s on seperate occasions. Not sure why this has started, but we have had many changes around our house recently. It’s very sad because they used to be the best of friends.
At this point they have to be muzzled when they’re in the same room together. Are we doing the right thing by keeping them together with muzzles or should we give one of them away?
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
I am not an expert but you might try crating them. Not as a punishment of course but to allow them thier own space. I am sure an expert here will answer further.
They are beautiful girls and hopefully you can get them under control. Would start with crates and feeding them seperately. Are they spayed?
