ParticipantI love playing tug of war with my dog. It tires him out and it allows us to strengthen his basic obedience like drop it, hold and “get it”. I recently came across this tug toy from HelpingUdders.com. There are several styles of tugs and they are made from recycled rubber from a cow milking machine. The woman who makes them will also donate a portion of the profits to a rescue of your choice! The tugs have a sturdy handle and the end piece allows for a great grip so your dog might not have to adjust so often.. saving your hand from accidental nips 🙂 Hope you have fun playing tug!

ParticipantI can’t do this either. The only way to upload pictures is through your computer.

ParticipantAwesome! Thanks for the info. On my way to Charlotte, NC now!! I found a website that claims to update their list for places who have BSL and where its been repealed. Its not a pit bull forumbut it looks reliable http://rott-n-chatter.webs.com/

ParticipantIt sounds like pretty normal behavior to me. My 1 1/2 year old APBT does the same thing. Try using aromatherapy to make your puppy sleep more soundly. Calming scents like lavender and green mandarin work well. Just put a small drop on her neck or chest (never around her eyes or directly on her nose or mouth). If you like candles, beeswax candles smell great and are stress relieving as well. Hope it works out!
