We filipinos consider pitbulls as precious one. Thus, owning a pitbull is pride to the owner. Having them at home is a threat to thieves and other bad people in the community, because we all know they attack those who harm their masters..:-)

Finally some good news! This pit bull saved his owner's life and was honoured by his town. While none of us will be surprised by Titan's actions, I'm glad that the town took the opportunity to bring awareness to the fact that pit bulls are sweet, loyal dogs.

Hello all!  Get this!  My husband was walking our pitbull and was attacked by a bull dog that was off leash.  My husband and our dog were walking on the sidewalk around the corner from our home.  This bull dog charges out of its yard and rams my dog in the chest and nips my dog a few times.  My husband was trying to hold our dog back and was kicking at the other dog to try and keep it away.  Then my husband fell on the ground and was kicking at the bull dog - and the bull dog bite my husband a few times.  But then, our pitbull charged into action defending her master.  Our dog bite down on

Hi I'm Karen, This is my first semester in collegefor an associates degree in environmental science.  I am an animal lover and chose to write my main paper for english on pit bulls.  This is a researched argument paper, the argument is are they dangerous, should they be banned etc.  I have been researching this for about a week, but if anyone can point me in a direction to key information I would greatly appreciate it.

The following is a story that was just posted on-line by a nearby town's news station. What I first don't understand is a) where was the pit's owner at the time? b) I'd REALLY like to see a photo of the dog, to determine that YES, it was a pitbull. and c) would the officer have used deadly force had a human charged in the same way?
