question from noob pit owner

I just recently got a pit bull pup (Pinky) but the guy that gave her to me had her by making a son and a mom breed. Now I would never do that nor do I like it but I love dogs imperturly pitbulls,and she was free. Now lately my pup been acting real aggressive and im nervous it might be because her mom is her grandma too.so my question is it a possibility she will always be aggressive. Or with in time I can train her?
