Monday morning my husband was cutting the grass and our daughter’s pit Phoenix which stays with us bit him. I beleive that the lawn mower scared her but the Animal Control took her. This has been really hard because we have grown to love her but opur neighbors are having a fit over this. But my husband , the one that got bit is not upset . What can we do.

I think you are right as to the reason the dog bit your husband. Talk with animal control to get the pit back. What are the neighbors doing?
