Not sure if my dog would be considered “pit” by apt

My husband and I adopted a “aussie/boxer mix” a year ago and we love the dog so much! Everything has been great but now we will be moving and will be living in an apartment community. The complex doesn’t allow “pit bull types” and we are afraid they will not allow him. His vet papers state “Australian Shepherd Mix” although we don’t think he has aussie in him much at all. If anything we could get away with boxer/lab mix. I’ve attached a photo as a puppy and a more recent one. What mix would you consider him? Do you think we will have a problem?

I can’t see the pictures but if his papers say “Australian Shepherd Mix” you could just talk to your landlord and show them the papers.
