My dog thinks poop is yummy

My dog eats her crap.  It is really gross.  It doesn’t seem to affect her health negatively, but it’s just so gross watching her do it, and then trying to get her to stop.  I know it usually means they may be suffering from a vitamin deficiency, but what vitamin is it?  I feel like she gets fed good food, so she should be getting all the vitamins and minerals she needs.  We were recommended “coprophagia” pills from petco, we had her on them for about 3-4 weeks but they didn’t help so we stopped.  I do plan a trip to the vet for her, maybe they can give some kind of vitamin supplements?  Anyone know what is out there that may help?
