Ok Matt, I have a question for you as I have never seen this behavior in a Pit in the 33 years I have had them. My daughter recently got a 1 lb Chihuahua and I have babysat a few times, I introduced carefully and supervised every minute. Maybelline likes the puppy and wants to play with her as does Mary Jane, here’s the rub…They drool like CRAZY, I mean like they never have before. I have had Chihuahuas and Pits together for over 12 years and they really get along very well. I just can’t wrap my head around the sheer amount of drool they are producing over this little girl, any suggestions?
