Dog doesn’t want to walk when we go walking

Everytime i try to walk  my dog she will start out good but the farther we go the less she wants to walk. she will stop and sit down in the middle of the street. dont know what else to do.

Is she a new addition to the family?  Is this a new problem, or one that has been occuring for some time?
