By uploading a contest entry, you agree to abide by the following rules and guidelines:
- The picture is original and you have the right to distribute it.
- You assert, to the best of your knowledge, that at least one of the dogs included in the picture is an American Pit Bull Terrier (APBT), or an APBT mix.
- You give Pitbulls.org rights to use the photo for promotional purposes.
The winner will be declared by an administrator of Pitbulls.org. Pitbulls.org has the sole right to choose a winner based on criteria Pitbulls.org chooses, and has the sole right to NOT choose a winner. An entry must have at least 5 votes to be taken into consideration as a winner, however Pitbulls.org can choose to ignore this at any time.
The votes of users will go into consideration when deciding a winner, but is not necessarily the primary criteria.
