My little girl, based in Oregon, is rated the #46 pit bull in the North American Flyball Association (NAFA) breed statistics. As awesome as that is, there are only 84 registered pit bulls in NAFA, and Koira is #46 after only two tournaments.
Pit bulls are a great breed for flyball. Staffordshire Bull Terriers are a very popular dog, both as a purebred and as mixes, for flyball. But, I see very few pit bulls in the lanes. Anyone in the Northwest interested in Flyball, which is a great fun active team sport for you and your dog, should check out the NAFA website, find a team local to you, and check it out. Lets go out there and show people what our dogs can do!
